When any type of company goes through a change. and we mean any change like:

  • 1- NEW SOFTWARE TO WORK WITH: they make sure all training and bugs are worked out and everyone understands the program or software and the reasons for changing over to it
  • 2 – NEW HARDWARE: this can be a hard decision for a company to make, to change hardware, as most of the times it costs more than the actual software, nut once again the CRmanagers makes sure everyone gets notified, trained and understands the reasons behind this type of change which is usually a move into the future which many staff members tend to fear, CHANGE!

IT IS THE DUTIES OF THE TO NOT ONLY MAKE THIS CHANGES POSSIBLE AND MAKE IT WORK BUT MAKE IT WORK EFFICIENTLY AND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.

THESE DECISIONS ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT AND CAN AND WILL HAVE LONG-LASTING EFFECTS ON THE BUSINESS
