Change Managers Recruitment ( CRmanagers )
When any type of company goes through a change. and we mean any change like:
- 1- NEW SOFTWARE TO WORK WITH: they make sure all training and bugs are worked out and everyone understands the program or software and the reasons for changing over to it
- 2 – NEW HARDWARE: this can be a hard decision for a company to make, to change hardware, as most of the times it costs more than the actual software, nut once again the CRmanagers makes sure everyone gets notified, trained and understands the reasons behind this type of change which is usually a move into the future which many staff members tend to fear, CHANGE!
- 3- NEW SECURITY OR HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS: here the CRmanagers might find lots of flack from employees as mentioned changed is not always well accepted or taken by employees and security tends to make them feel either unsafe if you have to have high-tech security or if too many observations and or searches can create and feel of non-trust whereas with health and safety 90% of the staff do not even understand the true meaning and reasons behind this and will sometimes not even show up and this can cause bigger problems, so the Change Managers Recruitment not only make sure:

With #2 the CRmanagers must make sure she or he knows how to carry over any information to any of the employees with the tact and uniqueness that dies not cause any further duress to the company itself
IT IS THE DUTIES OF THE TO NOT ONLY MAKE THIS CHANGES POSSIBLE AND MAKE IT WORK BUT MAKE IT WORK EFFICIENTLY AND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.
THESE DECISIONS ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT AND CAN AND WILL HAVE LONG-LASTING EFFECTS ON THE BUSINESS
