The best or good part of this exercise is that you are instructed to permit yourself to RELEASE, and can have a positive start before you even start the Breathwork Online so powerful of an impact does that RELEASE PERMIT have.
- HOW DOES ONE PREPARE FOR THESE SESSIONS:
First-time participants are required to read “Preparatory Information For First Time Participants” which is a pdf doc that you will get supplied with.
When the time of the session approaches, you should start preparing your ” area ” of treatment/exercise.
You can do your session in two ways/positions:
- 1- Sitting in a nice and comfortable chair, preferably a nice ” soft lazy boy”
- 2 – Lying down is the other option and here you should make sure the bed or mat ( or whichever area you choose ) has enough space for head movements and nothing else around that you might bang into with any other movements you might make while doing your session.
You must use a good speaker or headphone system that will give you crystal clear sound and which can play loud enough without distortion but make it feel as if you are being bathed in sound.
As this is an online session you must always make sure your internet reception is 100 % and preferably use a LAN Fibre Optic line as this will give you a clear and our sound quality for the music as well as it will make sure you don’t have a break in the connection as this can not only be disturbing and a waste of time but can cause the session to be a failure.
A Wi-Fi connection but that is very good and runs fast enough not to cause any breaks or buffering will work but the use of a cell phone, especially without proper earphones and no Wi-Fi is not advised at all, also even if you have Wi-Fi on your phone the reaction as per sound quality is very low and bad and will not be effective for this type of session/exercise.
You should always make sure that you are never disturbed while doing your Breathwork Online, so if you cannot be alone in your home, advise all others in your home not to disturb you in any way and also leave a ” PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB/ENTER” sign on your door, as well as make sure there are no phones on the room at all.
