A good leader is essential for any organization because he can manage people, ensuring they do their work properly. It is difficult to find out who will play this role effectively because everyone does not possess these qualities. g) Being Efficient — Leaders should be efficient in their work and always ready to take up new responsibilities without any complaints. This quality is very important for leaders as they have to realize the responsibility on them and lead from the front with full passion!
